Ditch the workout. Join the party!
Tired of the same old workout routine with less-than-desired results, horrible music, and mundane moves? Then it's time to change.
Come try Zumba at BRAVO! The latin-dance inspired, calorie-blasting, sweat-inducing fitness craze that's taken over the nation is right down the road at your favorite studio.
Lead by inspiring and encouraging instructors, Zumba at BRAVO is a high-energy class that helps you drop the weight and shed the inches. It's easy to take at your own pace and our licensed instructors take care to show you variations of each move so that you can push as hard or as little as you want.
Our classes have been known to burn upwards of 600 calories in an hour - that's one of the best workouts out there, though you'll be having so much fun you'll hardly notice.
At BRAVO, Zumba is all about you - about making you feel great and inspiring healthy movement. We welcome all to try our classes. If you can push it hard all hour long, great! If you need to take it a bit easier, that's fine too. We are a group of non-judgemental Zumba enthusiasts who love to laugh and work off our worries.
No experience? No problem! Miss Amy's famous Zumba quote is "when in doubt, wiggle!" It doesn't matter if you follow all of the steps perfectly or if you clap on the right beat. What matters is that for an hour or two each week, you are on your feet moving and grooving to the music with us.
We love to have fun and invite you to join us!

Each June, we share our love for Zumba with the community during the BRAVO Center's Show.
All audience members are invited to try Zumba on stage with us as we show the Baraboo community how hard we've worked and how far we've come. "Performing" at the show is by no means mandatory, but we encourage you to give it a try - you may love the stage!
