If you would like to pay with Venmo, Cash or check before class, just plan to arrive a few minutes before class to take care of payment.

All participants will be required to sign a waiver on the first night of attendance.
​
Minors will need a parent/guardian signature prior to their first class.
Zumba is for everyBODY! ​Zumba is a Latin-inspired, aerobic dance workout that is all about having fun! Zumba combines many elements of fitness including cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility all set to upbeat, high energetic music! Previous dance experience is not necessary; as Miss Amy says, "When is doubt, just wiggle!"
Bring your water bottle, a towel, and your smile. Just follow along, shake off your stress and have fun while you are at it.

We offer drop-in yoga and Zumba classes, and multi-week group classes for all skill levels.
