Center. Balance. Renewal.

Whether you do it for the physical health benefits or for the 75 minutes of calm, yoga at BRAVO is a way to treat your body and mind with the respect and gentleness it deserves.

Yoga Mats
BRAVO Yoga & Pilates

BRAVO Yoga and Pilates classes are led by instructor Bon Clark, and are open all skill levels!

Easy Gentle Yoga

FRIDAYS 10:30-11:30 a.m.

This is a slower moving class for those who have never done yoga, who have arthritis, or are healing from an injury. Getting up and down from the floor is required.

Beginning Pilates

FRIDAYS 12:00-1:00 p.m.

This popular workout uses your own body weight to build core strength and flexibility through a series of floor-based mat exercises. A practice of control, focus, and a heightened sense of fluidity brings the body into a state of harmony. Take a class once, devotees insist, and you'll feel a difference almost immediately.

Intermediate Yoga

WEDNESDAYS 8:30-9:45 a.m.
We practice yoga skills to learn and grow our practice through fluid movement which develops coordination, balance, flexibility and calm. One of the greatest benefits of Hatha Yoga is that it can be transformative – creating more meaningful connection to ourselves.

During summer months we take our practice outside to a lovely quiet setting, weather permitting. If it is cold or raining, we will continue our practice indoors at the BRAVO Center.

To Register:

  • Come to the studio on the day of class

  • Your Instructor will collect your fee

Fee: Drop-in to any Yoga or Pilates class for $10

Bon suggests eating lightly or nothing before class and wearing flexible clothing. Yoga mats, towels, and water are provided indoors by the BRAVO Center; however, please feel free to bring your own personal items if you prefer or will be practicing outside.

Please contact Bon Clark at bonclark@centurytel.net with any questions.

Attention Parents & Guardians:

Snow Days

The BRAVO Center follows the Baraboo School District when it comes to canceling class due to Snow Days.

If there is a snow day or early release from school due to weather, there will be no dance classes that evening. Late starts to school will not affect our dance schedule, and classes will continue as normal.

We understand not all our dancers are part of the Baraboo School District, so if it is unsafe in your area to drive or travel, please take caution and stay home. The BRAVO Center will also announce any snow day class cancelations via email and class BAND pages.

Face Masks Optional

The BRAVO Center will continue to require all of our COVID precautions, including optional mask-wear and encouraged social distancing.

Families are asked to keep their dancers home if they are feeling ill.

Thank you for putting your BRAVO family first- We're in this together!
