Yoga & Pilates

Easy Gentle Yoga
FRIDAYS 10:30-11:30 a.m.
This is a slower moving class for those who have never done yoga, who have arthritis, or are healing from an injury. Getting up and down from the floor is required.

Beginning Pilates
FRIDAYS 12:00-1:00 p.m.
This popular workout uses your own body weight to build core strength and flexibility through a series of floor-based mat exercises. A practice of control, focus, and a heightened sense of fluidity brings the body into a state of harmony. Take a class once, devotees insist, and you'll feel a difference almost immediately.

Intermediate Yoga
WEDNESDAYS 9:00-10:15 a.m.
We practice yoga skills to learn and grow our practice through fluid movement which develops coordination, balance, flexibility and calm. One of the greatest benefits of Hatha Yoga is that it can be transformative – creating more meaningful connection to ourselves.
During summer months we take our practice outside to a lovely quiet setting, weather permitting. If it is cold or raining, we will continue our practice indoors at the BRAVO Center.
