ZumbAtomic with BRAVO

Designed specifically for kids 4-12 years, ZumbAtomic is an exciting way to get your kids off the couch and into motion! Classes focus on moves that strengthen muscles and bones without putting unhealthy pressure on developing joints. This fast paced, kid-friendly, "exercise in disguise" is not only good for you, but it's a total blast too!

We  encourage family participation at a reduced rate, so there's no reason not to join in the fun! Moms, dads, grandmas, and grandpas love the music, movement, and time with their kids. Make ZumbAtomic a tradition in your family here at BRAVO.

ZumbAtomic sessions are led by licenced ZumbAtomic Instructors and are held various times throughout the year depending on demand.

In addition to our regular school year session on Wednesdays, our 45 minute ZumbAtomic sessions can also be incorporated into our BRAVO Birthday parties!
