Amy Torseth Teelin attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, majoring in dance. She opened her first studio, Dance Unlimited, in Baraboo, Wisconsin in 1989. In addition to teaching privately, she has a strong personal commitment to promoting creative self-expression through choreographing for the University of Wisconsin-Baraboo/Sauk County, Baraboo Theater Guild, and Baraboo High School musical and Pops Concert productions for over two decades. She continues to be involved with the productions of Summerset Theatre and Give Back Benefit Concerts supporting the Al Ringling Theatre. In 2000, she expanded Dance Unlimited into the BRAVO Center, offering the community a more comprehensive list of classes and mini-sessions, including yoga, Pilates, and most recently, Zumba classes. With over 20 years of experience, she still loves teaching, and prides herself on providing her students a safe, nurturing, and fun environment - a quality dance experience where you "take your art seriously, but not yourself."
Kristen Reynoso began her ballet training at age six. With instructors such as Lillian Wilner and Kate McQuade, she trained at the Wisconsin Academy of Ballet and the Milwaukee Ballet. During her senior year of high school, she was accepted into Interlochen Arts Academy. She spent her senior year and post-graduate year there as a dance major. From there, she went on to study in New York at the New School University in the Joffrey BFA program. There she studied with such renowned teachers and artists as David Howard, John Magnus, and Trinette Singelton. She lives in the area with her husband and daughter, and enjoys teaching ballet and Pointe at BRAVO.
