Summer Dance 2022

For dancers entering grades 3-8 in Fall 2022

TUMBLING & TRICKS CLINIC

Saturday, July 23rd 2022

 

Grades 3-5: 9:00am - 10:30am

Grades 6-8: 11:00am - 12:30pm

Class Tuition: $40- Includes class and BRAVO Practice Tank

This class will offer tumbling instruction to work on specific tumbling and some jump/leap skills. Class will emphasize stretching to increase flexibility for dancers.

It will focus on appropriate body positions and drilling techniques that will allow participants to safely execute skills on panel mats and the dance floor. 

We will introduce cover rolls, cartwheels, round-off, handstands, front/back walkovers and even front/back handsprings and aerials as individual skill levels allow.

Instructor: Miss Sam Walter is both a dancer and a gymnast, and has been a teaching assistant at BRAVO.
